'My favorite place to stay in Bacolod'

'We stayed for two nights and our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The employees were all very friendly and the service was great! The only real complaint was the breakfast which was mediocre but enough to fill your belly. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would stay again.'

'Staff very friendly. Owner was there also, and able to talk with her as well. Had a power outage, and staff was able to transfer guests to other rooms that had power that was on the site's back up generator.'

'Alhoewel het hotel gebouwd is in 1990 en dus al wat ouder is, valt dit te zien aan de inrichting van de kamers. De airconditioning in onze kamer maakte net zo veel herrie als een vliegtuigmotor en toch als je er tijdje verblijft dan neem je dat voor lief. De badkamer is ook ouderwets ingericht en de douche zelf heeft een dermate hoge druk op de sproeier dat het voelt alsof het water er aan de andere kant van je lichaam weer uit wil komen. Voor personen die echter van een goede hete douche houden...

'The Sugarland Hotel is not a new place but my husband and I enjoyed staying there very much. The rooms and hotel itself have been maintained well and are very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to order a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast was good and we were able to order eggs whatever way we liked them. Shampoo and body wash as well as bar soap are provided in the bathrooms. Internet, using room hotspot functioned well.'
