'House was exceptionally clean , was stocked with everything we needed. We walked to dinner one night and down to the marina everyday . Our favorite part was going to Tyee for coffee and Leonard Paul for their wine cellar and of course ice cream . Launching our boat and parking at the marina was also a breeze . Thank you Hunter for being so communicative ! We will book again. '

'The place was well stocked with cooking supplies, towels and bedding. The location was amazing, very close to Schweitzer, which we drove to every day and very close to downtown Sandpoint. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Initially worried about the train tracks being across the road but honestly, they weren’t that loud or frequent….Would definitely rent this place again!'

'Communication with property owner was great, check-in/out instructions were sent in advance and process was easy and seamless! Beautiful home, great space for families (just 4 of us, including adult children). Every room was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to linens, etc. We stayed during our summer trip but the location would be perfect for winter/ski trip as well! We’ve already booked our return visit for next summer!'

'Perfect location! This house is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need and more to have a relaxing vacation. I love the bay it’s in. So fun to watch the planes go by. Cavanaugh's Restaurant is so close if you don’t feel like cooking. The house is well stocked and clean. The kayaks were so nice. We had a great time floating, swimming and relaxing. '

'We loved our stay at this rental home. There were 9 adults and 8 kids, and we all fit very comfortably! The hot tub was perfect for apres ski. The living space had an abundance of couches. There was plenty of table space to eat at. The kitchen was well stocked. There were toys for the kids! It was conveniently located close to the mountain. '

'Great house for two families, enough room for sets of parents and kids. Plenty of space and great amenities. Every detail was thoughtful. We saw quite a bit of wildlife from the enclosed deck, including a bear! Only complaint: proximity of other units and noise. It can echo quite a bit and we were woken up in the middle of the night by a party house. Fans would be a good addition to help with air circulation and to create white noise. '
