'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. 'The location of the property is great for Annapolis but for the amount of money you pay I would expect better. The room was a little dirty like the staff just ran through it. The bedside lamp was broke the air conditioner was a portable one that kept the room cool but was loud and obnoxious when trying to sleep. 'During my stay the gal at the front test checked me in gave me my key only to find someone in the room she assigned me to. No apologies nothing. Just gave me a new room like nothing ever happened. I will not stay at this location again.'

'Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue. The front desk then said to return at 11 and I will get the room. I returned at 10:45 to be sure and she informed me that the manager said there is nothing they can do I will have to stay with...
