'10/10 – absolutely exceptional. Our stay at Tamanu on the Beach was nothing short of perfect. The private plunge pool villa was stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered the perfect level of privacy. 'Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.'

'We recently stayed at the Ramada Resort in Port Vila and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with beautiful views across the bay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days of our stay. 'I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.'

'The biggest asset to this hotel is their staff everyone was friendly, helpful and engaged with the kids. From the initial welcome from the chief to departing the hotel everything was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vanuatu .. '

'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...). Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'
