'The hotel was in the middle of renovations. Taking this into account it still was a disappointing stay. The staff was friendly but I had to wait long before I was helped checking in. The deskclerk was on the phone and there was nobody else to help me. This was around 9.30pm so I could understand that. Checking out though, I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up at all to help me. The room was clean and comfortable. The matress wasn't to our liking but that is subjective.'

'We hadden dit hotel geboekt toen was het geen Holiday Inn. We hadden het geboekt omdat er een gratis ontbijt bij de kamer zat. Nu het Holiday Inn is geworden, hadden we geen recht meer op het gratis ontbijt. De dame achter de receptie vond dit heel vervelend en heeft ons als nog 2 ontbijt vouchers gegeven. Kamers ruim, schoon. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein. Dicht bij het Edison/Ford huis en dicht bij het centrum. Is te lopen, maar loopt niet gezellig.'
