Your own front door on Leith Walk, one of Edinburgh`s liveliest streets. This bright two bedroom apartment sits above independent shops and cafés in a classic sandstone building. Inside you`ll find high ceilings, tall sash windows, two double bedrooms and a showpiece bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

The centre is a 15 minute walk, or the tram to the centre and the airport is under 5 minutes from the door, with some of the city`s best places to eat and drink on your doorstep.



A private main door at street level opens onto your own staircase up to the apartment. There are no shared stairwells or neighbours to pass on the way in.

The living and dining room has high ceilings and a tall sash window that fills it with light. Relax on the sofa or the armchair with your feet up on the large ottoman. There`s a TV, and a dining table that seats four.

The separate kitchen has gloss white units, an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a pod coffee machine. The window over the sink looks out onto greenery. There`s also a washing machine, so it`s easy to pack light for a longer stay.

The first bedroom has a double bed, calming sage green walls and a large sash window, with bedside tables, lamps and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a double bed, in soft blue tones, with bedside lamps, drawers and shelving.

The bathroom is the standout room. It has a freestanding roll-top bath with claw feet, a separate walk-in shower, a vessel basin and palm print feature wallpaper. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, along with fresh linen and towels for every stay.

The apartment has heating throughout and free Wi-Fi.

Leith Walk links the city centre with Leith and the Shore. It`s full of independent coffee shops, vintage stores, bakeries and some of the best-value restaurants in Edinburgh. Princes Street is a 15 minute walk away. Tram and bus stops are less than five minutes from the door, with trams running to St Andrew Square and Edinburgh Airport. Leith`s waterfront restaurants, Calton Hill and Holyrood Park are all within easy reach.

The apartment is up a flight of stairs from the front door, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility. It`s on a busy high street, so you may hear some street noise at times.

The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.

At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.


To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
