'The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

'Excellent service the breakfast was amazing one of the best 10/10 location was perfect and the rooms was just beyond amazing so clean'

'Highly recommend this hotel. Priced fairly and located well. Parking is not included, so it can be a challenge if you don’t pay for valet.'

'Perfect location to walk to great restaurants and nightlife. Close by to attractions and cheap lyfts around town if you don't want to walk and drive.'

'A beautiful hotel in a great location for either downtown or going to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Very clean and well designed rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great bar and food too. Would definitely return!'

'Best free breakfast ever and wonderful rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.'

'This is a great property in a wonderful location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Geboekt omdat de beoordelingen best goed waren. Ik kan het echter echt afraden om hier te boeken! Het personeel is mega vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar het voelt er onveilig en is erg vies. Er hangen veel daklozen/ verslaafden rond. Er werd zelfs gerookt in de gang. De douche werkte niet en de kamer was absoluut niet schoon, lakens leken zelfs al beslapen. '

'Well since I've been|n living in my car I'd say the price is right and I'm grateful so nothing bad happened and everyone there seemed real friendly and respectful.'

'Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking.'

'My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.'

'De kamer was erg schoon en werd oom goed bij gehouden. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was oke, wel elke dag hetzelfde. Weinig variatie. Het zwembad was koud en minimaal daarintegen was het bubbelbad heerlijk en warm.'

'Honestly this was a fantastic stay. The area is right off the highway and not far from state parks, garden of the Gods and all the places you would want to see. Theres a gas station right across the street if you have a rental. The breakfast was different everyday, very clean, nice hotel bar, indoor pool and no fee to park. We enjoyed our stay. And very comfy covers vs the thin sheets and covers some hotels have. And there’s a mini store downstairs with drinks and snacks. I say book!'
