'There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.'

'Everything was great! The only suggestion is that you make it easier for people checking in between 9-10pm. The door was locked even though there were people still inside eating. I had to call for someone to let me in, even though staff could clearly see me standing by the door and it was before 10pm. '

'Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. '

'Pulled in to check into property and was early. None of the images online accurately represent the property. Office area is closed from 1-3 (most likely safety issues) so I could not cancel directly. Had to email. Luckily the manager knew that it was unsafe and cancelled at no charge, they didn't even argue about it. The only things correct is that it's been re-painted at some point, and has the correct name, everything else is a misrepresentation. Travel beware.'

'This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.'

'Overall very good! There wasn’t anything overall that I disliked about the room. It was cozy and convenient! I was hoping for more of a view of the mountain but that was poor planning on my party. The breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed how they served the food instead of a complete buffet. Would stay here again!'

'The breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot homemade baked French toast, pistachio chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad. Arlene is an amazing cook and a fascinating person.'
