« I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future.
