'My husband and I stayed at Cuties Cottage prior to a conference in the area. The condo was very nice and had comfortable and fresh presentation. The master bath shower could use some attention. (Low water pressure and outdated shower). The views of the lake and surrounding area were beautiful. The community is meticulously maintained and has wonderful walking and biking trails. Cons-when you rent through VRBO you do not have access to the Lake Club, nearby marina, etc. you have to go direct...

'We came up for GCSU graduation weekend. The condo was about 30 minutes away. Clean and neat with everything you need on site. Nearby pool, very quiet, and a beautiful lake in the backyard.'

'Close to The Ritz and “new” Greensboro (Publix, liquor store, restaurants, etc). Comfy King bed. Easy access with a smart lock. Perfect little porch overlooking a small marina to enjoy breakfast or happy hour! Highly recommend.'
