The bedrooms were good-sized and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the basement turned out to be the perfect rumpus room for the younger kids in our group. It would have been nice to have a bathroom on the lower level, but the kids were able to get through the night without it. The park across the street made the location just perfect.'

'Jill was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to all my questions. The house is super cute with lots of extra amenities included - bottled water and face wipes for our use. The beds are high and I had an elderly sister who struggled to get into them. But very comfortable. Great location within easy commute to CSU. I’d stay here again and encourage you to try it. '

'Really nice house. Very clean and had everything we need. The setting isn't as nice as we had envision, and there is no view of the Hoosetooth reservior, but we weren't there for the view. I is only half a mile from the Horsetooth Mountain Open Space natural area and great hiking. Aya was great at responding to any question prior to our trip. We will stay again.'
