'Pros: Clean, large and comfortable lake side cottage with enough space for everyone. Cute decorations, lots of dishes and baking supplies in the kitchen. No air fresheners. Easy to get to, wifi and AC effective, good bathroom and shower. Wonderful lakeside deck and nice yard and dock. Fun games and puzzles available.Cons: accessibility- stairs somewhat unstandard and may be a bit tricky for mobility issues, beach was down a steep slope, so same. 'Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. '

'We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!'

'We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...
