'We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.'

'I stayed at this property 3 different times during February 2026 up until today. I travel for work and have stayed at different hotels and this, by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My 1st stay, i overlooked some things bc I dont like to complain, house keeping was supposed to come in and restock towels and remove dirty ones, empty trash restock toilet paper, ect. I walked in oneday and had a stack of towels thrown on the couch and dirty towrls just piled up the whole 12 days I stayed. My 2nd stay, i...
