'Clean, cosy cottage spacious lounge barhroom, living area, bedrooms and kitchens private outdoor area tranquil creek outside living room. Close walking distance to town short drive to wineries, yarra valley scenic drive and lake mountain Kitchen was not well equiped teflon pans very damaged not usable unfortunatly heater towel rail not working. great communication and staff that did room refresh service lovely and would recommend.'

'This property does not clearly point out that the rooms are very small and do not have individual bathrooms. Bathrooms are shared among 9 rooms; over 20 people sharing 3 toilets and showers!! The common areas were not particularly clean. This is simply a glorified hostel, not a proper guest house. Unacceptable for the price. Additionally, the area is very noisy and it was hard to sleep. One of the worst experiences of my life and I have travelled around the World.'

'Het huis wordt sinds 1906 als gasthuis gebruikt, leuk en gezellig voor de nacht die we er doorgebracht hebben. Aardige eigenaar, die behulpzaam was. Goede locatie om de Blue Mountains te bezoeken. '

'Clean large room, nice lounge room spaces throughout the property. It would have been nice to have pushbikes available for guests as there are good bike paths surrounding the property.'

'The keeper's cottage is cosy and quiet, loved the bath. The breakfast room is a beautiful, sunny place in the morning with a view of the golf course. Breakfast options were satisfactory and the food was great. The staff were very friendly. There was no iron in our room but they had one for us to borrow. They were very apologetic when we told them the fan in our bathroom didn't work. There were just some cobwebs near the ceiling but not a big deal cause the bed and towels were all perfectly...

'We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful lodge. Breakfast was good and the hosts delightful. They shared a lot about the local history and culture. Don’t miss the historic rock art nearby.'
