'Charmaine the host was very friendly and helpful she gave me information on transport and other questions about the area. Nothing was too much trouble. Private views of the valley and close location to the village but far away enough that we felt we were in the forest and mountains. Cabin was immaculate and had all we needed. 'We spent a lovely 3 nights at Ridgemill Estate using it as a base to explore the wider Granite Belt. The staff are genuinely welcoming and Kate was a wonderful host taking us through the extensive wine tasting with plenty of cheerful banter and local stories. Our cabin was modern and well appointed with everything provided for an enjoyable stay. The beautiful country views were enhanced by the charming farm animals like Ninja the cat and the flock of friendly goats always up to be hand fed....

'Na een lange rit kwamen wij aan en het voelde gelijk als een rustpunt. Kleinschalig maar alles wat een mens nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het enige wat niet correct vermeld was, was de aanwezigheid van WiFi. Dat is er wel maar werkt alleen buiten. Ook 3G signaal is wat beperkt. Dat WiFi niet overal werkte werd ook keurig gelijk vermeld, Over de accomodatie en de vriendelijkheid waarmee we ontvangen werden niets dan lof. Het huisje is schoon, de bedden zijn goed en de douche is perfect.'
