« The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. »

« The room was very comfortable. The tea/coffee station in the lobby was great. Everything was very clean. »

« Front desk staff was unfriendly and coffee needs attention if you are hosting a coffee free service make sure it is hot and coffee condiments are stocked regularly. »

« Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another...

« My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, terrific showers with high water pressure (and even overhead rain nozzels if desired). There are also...

« We were just traveling through and stayed one night. And it was just fine for that. Clean, nice staff, easy check in and out. The breakfast was just ok. Can’t really say anything about any other amenities. But overall it was a fine hotel. And when traveling through again would stay here again. »
