'Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.'

'Had to ask for towels and coffee after check in since they hadn’t been provided in room. The door to the room was very heavy to open. No bench or seating provided out side for smokers.'
