« We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back. »

« The first day, the lady at the front desk was rude, but other days were fine. Nothing luxurious but clean. Non smoking hotel. No hair dryer and no fridge in room which was not practical. »
