'Staff was helpful, but, was alone and line was long. He had no helpers. He was doing the best he could for checking guests in and guests coming by and had to ask to redo their keys. The grounds and landscaping of of the Motel were in terrible shape and not maintained at all. The rooms were cheap looking, Twin bed was a folding bed and think mattress, bathroom outdated, small and not homy. Not sure if I will stay there again...'

'This is not a hotel that you stay at with a family, it was filled with construction workers. When we arived we immediately noticed that the parking lot was a hang out spot. We got to our room and noticed that there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed....it smelled musty, the bathtub had water stains in it and the surfaces were questionable. We advised the hotel staff, only one worker in the whole hotel at this point. She was very nice and did her best to remediate the stuation and we...

'The hotel heating system was not working properly, everytime we tried to turn it up to generate heat after a few minutes, it started to blow cold air out. We had to completely turn the whole system off, which led us to sleep in cold and make us all sick the day after.'

'Overall, the property meet our expectations, as well had stayed here in the past.
However, a recent Corporate makeover of the rooms left me unable to work at the desk in the room.
A 'new and improved' desk lamp is only about 10" tall and the light just shines down on the base,.
You simply can not read any documents, etc.!
I complained to the front deck and they put a big pole lamp at the end of the desk.
Much better,
I also received a nice note about my inconvenience.
I hope that enough...

'The room was indeed spacious. The bed was comfortable. I had what they called an "outdoor room". MY door had no doorsweep. THAT should be of concern to them. I have no complaints really. However, it is close enough to the airport that if you are a light sleeper, you will hear lots of air traffic.'

'The entire building has a clean scent. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Fast food is within walking distance, and the 101 close proximity makes it ideal for getting to San Jose. Breakfast is very good. I loved the scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, turkey patties, and the warm cinnamon rolls!
The only thing that I wasn't able to use was the pool. It looked a bit cloudy, not clean.
Check-in and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming!'
