'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list.
Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out).
I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door.
Neighbourhood is sketchy.
Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Lovely location excellent also if traveling with pups.
Wish that handheld showers were available, difficult to get up and out of bathtub, especially if you have back issues and are a senior.also air registers and return ducts were filthy.'

'Terrible stay! Valet parking full & self park 2 blocks away, which for a night arrival in the rain was no fun. No working elevator & room on the 8th floor- we were able to take the service elevator up, but the hall is inaccessible without staff so you have to take the stairs down. Room was not clean- found a sock & food wrapper in the bed! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!'
