'At a distance the room and grounds look fabulous however, the shower lever was fused to the hot and cold so the temperature was not manageable so the bath option was tried, unfortunately, the hose was corroded and fell off when the taped were turned blasting hot water. The receptionist the next morning was totally unbothered and uninterested. It’s a real shame as everything else was superb and other staff really kind welcoming initially. 'Terrible! Worst experience in a hotel ever!
The outside building and front look nice but it’s a facade. Our room was on the backside, you have to pass a trash area and an ugly fence to get there, feels like you are put behind in a shed somewhere. The stairs up to the room were dirty and worn out. A dirty cleaning towel lying next to our door. The whole room was worn out, paint coming of etc. The bathroom so small you couldn t use the sink when you had the door open. The shower was broken,...

'Nice spacious room and well appointed. Stuart was very welcoming and outlined the facilities available.
As well as in-room coffee & tea facilities there's fresh milk and sodas in a fridge in the lounge. There's an optional continental breakfast which is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing in the morning and can be enjoyed in-room, in the lounge or in the garden. Alternatively, if you prefer a cooked breakfast, there are a couple of nearby cafes recommended.'
