'On the whole, I have a fairly good experience. Given there are two hotels (with a total of three towers), it was confusing to reach the closest and most appropriate registration desk to the room I was assigned. A better communication approach will help the guest park the car and get to the most convenient registration desk. Although I arrived at the regular check in time, my room was not ready, which was a bit annoying. Then, the digital key I received did not work properly on the elevator so I...

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'
