'Breakfast is phenomenal, French, Indian, Scandinavian. Some entertainment was available, with Indian dancers and acrobats on the Indian New Year. Swimming pools are in excellent shape and the garden and beach are well maintained. The golf course, though, does not really exist, with no greens. We played three holes back and forth. 'Dit hotel was een verademing t.o.v. het jachtige Chennai. We hadden niet verwacht dat het zo'n rust zou uitstralen. De bediening was zeer goed, hulpvaardig en zeker niet opdringerig. Het is geweldig gelegen aan het strand en het groen wordt zeer goed onderhouden. het is zeker een aanrader voor mensen die rust en luxe willen ervaren.'

'The property is good but not upto the standards of a 5 star stay. Probably as they were over booked. Also, the sea view rooms aren't as one would expect to experience a sea view, the distance from the sea is great & the price one pays for the view, is not worth it ... So, better to go for the normal rooms n avoid the disappointment. If not, it's the best property around that stretch.. If not, for the above mentioned reasons. '
