'We’ve made it our unofficial hobby to “research” most of the major Cabo resorts, One&Only Palmilla, Four Seasons Costa Palmas, Nobu… tough life, we know. So when we arrived here, we’ll admit, first impressions had us a little unsure. The hotel sits right off the main road (not exactly the dramatic, guarded-gates entrance we had imagined), and the lobby felt… let’s say “cozy.” For a brief moment, we wondered if we’d made a mistake. 'We booked an all-inclusive through expedia. Flight was cancelled the morning we were to leave. We’re left hanging with no room and neither expedia or the hotel offered us a room. Had to pay out of pocket. We spent over & above with spa packages & meals throughout the week. Hotel couldnt even give any discount & soaked us to stay one more night for next flight out. Very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best as well. Would never stay again. '
