« The price was right and the bed was comfortable, but there were a number of things that did not work. For example, the remote control for the television, the hairdryer and the telephone. Also housekeeping was somewhat lacking, and when I arrived, I saw that there were some leftovers still in the refrigerator from the prior guests. »

« Very clean room. There was a smell when we arrived in our room. I think it may have been the air condition. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who was over the breakfast went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. The breakfast was very good. »

« The staff was nice. The breakfast selection was limited compared to all the other embassy suites. No bacon no pancakes no grits. I asked the kitchen manager and was told they dont serve bacon because it is too much to deal with. What type of answer was that. Same thing for reception hour. No mixed drinks except tequilla sunrise no margaritas etc. the food served peanut cookies and dip for celery and carrots. I Act management and was told they were managed by 3rd party restaurant on site »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »
