'Lovely and quiet.'

'We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. '

'We loved our stay here. You could instantly tell that the owners cared about the place and want you to have a good stay. Andrea was really lovely and helpful with local recommendations and cooked an amazing breakfast.'

'The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. It also advertises a super king bed, but this is actually two single beds pushed together, which was disappointing.
