'Schone kamer, behulpzaam personeel.

'The staf dit adapt to my special breakfast wishes. Next day when is was rainy I could stay with no extra charge!'

'Room quite nosiy, next to a restaurant (literally). No hot water in the morning. '

'Outstanding service, superfriendly staff.'

'Fantastic quiet place with excellent service '

'Impossible to get breakfast, staff incompetent and unhelpful'

'I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). The lobby area is great and I felt like spending a lot of time there. The vibe feels more high end Sri...

'Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with.'

'Worst hotel in Colombo'

'Nice, smallish room, great view to the ocean.'

'We had the executive room on the 15th floor. Fabulous views , especially at night. Fantastic spatious rooms. No complaints. except that the wifi did stop working twice, and had to be reset by the staff. ( without this it would have been the highest score ) When we were there, there was also a summit of armee/government officials of several countries. That resulted in a very safe environment, sometimes there were already 4 security guards on our floor. We enjoyed it and when we visit Colombo...

'The whole stay was to our satisfaction'
