Wow, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. If you absolutely have no other options I understand. If you can avoid it, please do, in fact just get the hell out of Oakland all together. The place is completely falling apart, there are ne’er do wells hanging around all over acting like it’s a hot dang night club. The carpets dirty, the paint is peeling, all the entrance doors and gates are left wide open, with a person behind the desk 25% of the time. The halls stink, the curtains don’t close all the way, the bed sheets and the shower curtains are ripped, the toilets don’t flush. The only good thing is they have hot water for showers. Don’t leave anything out if you stay several days, housekeeping will take it, I don’t know if they steal it or throw it away but it will be gone, post cards, cases of water. Halls full of trash and towels for leaks, I guess, I don’t know, it looks nasty, smells nasty, is ghetto as hell. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Ik had een grote kamer met balkon. Dat betekend dat je oor ‘s nachts naast the vendingmachine ligt en naast de lift,….beiden zijn zeer luid omdat ze al wat ouder zijn! Personeel was wel behulpzaam.
