Outdated, Overpriced, Bad Service
The unit is hugely overpriced for the shape it is in and the service provided.It was not properly cleaned; dust everywhere, dirt on the floors, especially in the living, dining and kitchen rooms. We needed a touch up cleaning. Duvets were stained. There were clothes left from the previous guests in one of the closets.Although we stayed for 12 days and paid close to 9000, we were told to buy extra toilet paper. They provide only a starter set regardless of the number of people or nights you stay. So we had to drive 20 min for that, because the market in the Village Center was out of TP. No facial tissue as well. They provide a starter set of wood for the fireplace, but donât provide a lighter or matches.There was a noisy and rusty vintage Maytag(1991) washer/dryer unit. The pipe of the dryer was not connected to a vent, just put in a plastic container, so the felt was flying all over when we used it.The key cards provided, worked for a few hours only, then we had to call the VC office multiple times for replacements and had to wait outside the unit. We couldnât use the elevator many times because of that.The cookware/dinnerware was in bad shape and not enough - only three small bowls in a unit that accommodates six people. There was no salad bowl, nor enough plates for pasta and stew dishes. Teflon pans and pots were heavily scratched and rusty. There was very bad cellular coverage in the unit and the Internet was very slow, nonexistent at times.
