End Unit at Cascade Village - Great Views/EV Charger - 2 Miles to Purg

Our 2,200 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 61) features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is a rare end unit offering more views and more natural light.

The condo has been completely remodeled with high end finishes and furnishings and is perfect for multiple families as it features a 2nd living space (loft) with a TV and seating area (and queen pull out sofa). The kitchen is fully stocked and the condo also has a washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), fast WIFI, a Level 2 (Plug Format J1772) EV Charger and covered parking. The master bedroom features a deck with awesome views, large attached master bathroom with tub and shower as well as an adjustable height desk.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly and trailers are not allowed.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court (summer/fall), and ski rental shop (with discounts)!

Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

All Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable fiber optic internet service with an average internet speed of over 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.
