« Tout était parfait et la "chambre" encore plus belle que sur le photos. Elle donnait pourtant sur la rue principale et n'était pas bruyante comme certains l'ont écrit. Le personnel est très attentif, la plupart parlant très bien le français, la situation idéale. »

« Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

« What a great hotel to stay in. In a great spot in Florence old town close to restaurants shopping ponte Vecchio Bridge. Very strong customer service from all the employees. The rooms are nice comfortable with strong air conditioning, which is not the case in every hotel in Italy. Only small recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. »
