'The neighborhood is not good. There was a moldy and smoke smell and within 15 minutes we were getting headaches. The upstairs bedding did not smell clean. The walls above stove in kitchen were greasy. Light switch was missing the switch plate cover. We didnt end up staying. We found another place for the night. Also, there is no central AC. Just a couple window units.'

'Very nice spacious house, it was perfect for us for a weekend family stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. 'Great communication and quick to respond. Even made a special trip to help reset the Keurig! The description is accurate on the site. Technically it’s on Lake Erie. However, you have to walk about 300 yards from the house to see the lake. (Would have been nice to be able to drive on the path). It’s mostly shielded by trees so not much of a view. There’s no place to sit in the huge beautiful backyard. Would be nice to have a patio with a shaded seating area. They do have outdoor travel chairs...
