'Great staff who go above and beyond to serve. Breakfast served to table. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable but for the cost it was good'

'The staff were lovely , the food was fine , the room was nicely decorated etc. However the room was freezing and the heat didn’t come on a few times when it was meant to. It was 3c outside and on our first evening before dinner we sat with our coats on waiting for the heat to be fixed . No heat came on the second morning at all and I had to phone reception at 8.30 to ask for it be reset . Also the shower was lukewarm the first morning of our stay which also needed fixed. Think the plumbing needs...
