'We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.'

'Bed base is sheet metal and sounds like a very loud drum if at minimum, brushed against. Suggest some spray foam coverage on inside, or glue some fiberglass batting to dull or negate the noise. It's troubling to hear (I wear hearing aids) if spouse brushes up against it while walking by. '

'Horrible, molds in bath and on showercurtain. Dirty carpet. Pieces broken off from furniture and fridge. Bedlamp short connected. On booking higher rating but surely must be manipulated. Booked with breakfast, no breakfast only coffee lighter than tea. Bad smell and very old ac. Never Super 8 for me again because of this experience. Total rip off, no refund, don't book!'

'Maybe just a rough day-when I got there...apparently a pipe had burst sometime during that day/week not 100%. Hallway smelled like rotting garbage.
Bed hadn't been made/cleaned and room not cleaned no fresh towels and trash still in trash can (i guess bc of the water pipe bursting.) It's not a huge deal, things happen I didn't mind making my own bed and i think if the hallway had smelled better I could have gotten over it but it just felt grungy and dirty.
Staff was nice and accommodating...

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. '
