The studio is on the third floor of a well-maintained holiday home with a total of eleven apartments and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic from the private balcony – perfect for relaxing at the end of the day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.



The apartment features a double bed and a sofa bed, a small, well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, 2-plate hob, microwave and coffee machine, as well as a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning (for a fee) provide additional comfort. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



A free, sun-protected car park is available directly at the house. On the ground floor, there is a cosy beach bar where you can enjoy a breakfast buffet in the morning if desired (for a fee). During the day and in the evening, refreshments, cocktails and small snacks are offered - ideal for ending the day by the sea in a relaxed atmosphere.



The fine sandy beach is only 10 metres away and is considered one of the most beautiful on the Dalmatian coast. Tamarisks provide natural shade, and the gently sloping, crystal-clear water is particularly suitable for families with children. Two loungers are available to you free of charge.



The location of the house is quiet and yet central: A restaurant is located only 50 metres away, a supermarket and a bakery about 300 metres. You can reach the centre of Omiš after approximately 1.4 kilometres. There, a charming old town, small boutiques, cosy establishments and numerous leisure activities await you – from rafting on the Cetina to boat trips, climbing or sailing tours.



In the surrounding area, you will find diverse opportunities for activities such as water sports, diving, kayaking, cycling, or paragliding. Cultural attractions, wine tastings, and nature experiences in the nearby national parks also offer themselves as excursion destinations.
