'We arrived late to the hotel and we came to rooms that smell like smoke, we asked to switch and they gave us rooms that smelled musty. This whole process took us 1,5 hours. 'The hotel is suitable for families, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. However, the breakfast was disappointing, especially the coffee, which was quite poor. For a 5-star accommodation, we expect more variety and a more extensive selection. An upgrade to the breakfast would be greatly appreciated.'
