'Our family had a great time! House was clean, cozy, and had everything we need. The kids love the easy access to the pool and jacuzzi spa, seeing the goats and free-range chicken and roosters, and wild deers around the property. '

'The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. '

'The property was exactly as it was listed. We booked it for a bachelorette party and it truly exceeded all expectations of cleanliness and comfort. It was located in a safe part of town and had everything we needed and then some! Grocery stores/coffee shops were within walking distance and downtown was only about a 10 minute drive. Communication with the property owner throughout the time was impeccable. Overall, cannot recommend this property enough! Will definitely stay here again next time...

'Great hosts and a great family time get away! The property is clean and so beautiful! The pool, back patio and hot tub were wonderful and so clean. We had family photos taken on the property and it's so beautifully landscaped. Deer came up to house with new babies and we fed them deer corn so bring some with you. They were so cute and the grands loved them! We will stay here again when we come up New Braunfels area. Great VRBO!'

'We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! '

'This was a great property for our friends getaway visit to Austin. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the perfect location for a weekend visit for a concert at Emo’s on Friday night and floating the San Marcos River on Saturday, while still very close to all the other things to see and do in Austin. Highly recommended. '
