« Chambres spacieuses et propres. Eau à disposition. Personnel present et réactif à toute demande. Le plus : petit dejeuner (délicieux !) dans le beach club, où on peut profiter de la structure jusqu'à 17h. Cadre paradisiaque. « The room we got at El Encanto was really nice, especially for the price. This is not a luxury room, but it was clean and comfortable and cute. « Cet hôtel ne mérite pas d’être un 4 étoiles, l’hôtel est idéalement placé et le personnel y est adorable. En ce qui est des infrastructures, la piscine était sale, pour les chambres il ne faut pas compter sur l’isolation car on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue c’est insupportable. Un soir nous avions plus d’eau dans pour se laver ou même juste se brosser les dents. Bref l’hôtel était proche du centre et des plages mais c’est tout. »

« The hotel is great, the view from the Horizon suite is incredible, the sunrise and sunset from the room is amazing, the chef's food is very good and the staff's attention is impeccable. The location is ideal for a peaceful stay, although it is a bit far from the downtown. The only inconveniences I had were the presence of ants, but this was not serious and the lack of maintenance of the hydromassage tub. If I go back to holbox I would definitely book the same hotel. »
