« First, I stayed at this property about 16 months ago and it was EXCELLENT! Therefore, we had no problem paying a little extra to stay here. I get checked in and go in the room and it was HOT AND SMELLED SO BAD!! Then my husband Comes in and goes “it stinks in here”. I had turned on the ac and thought the smell Was getting better. I told the front desk this when I received the welcome text. She offered to put us in another room and I turned her down because we were tired and had already unpacked...

« The carpet was wet in our room and obviously had been for some time. The whole floor smelled of mildew and our room smelled awful. »

« We stayed in a suite it was nice we had a cieling fan wich helped keep the very large room cold. It was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room had a separate jacuzzi hot tub that was so relaxing after a long day. The breakfast could of been better the only things edible was the waffles, oatmeal and toast. »

« Was charged for big rig parking even though I booked a room with them!! »
