I noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway leading to the elevator, and the odor was even more noticeable once inside the elevator. This was concerning to me, as I prefer to stay in hotels that maintain a smoke‑free environment. If your property has a non‑smoking policy in place, I would encourage the staff to enforce it consistently to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
Additionally, I chose your hotel despite the higher rate compared to nearby options that include a complimentary continental breakfast. I was a bit disappointed to learn that breakfast was only available for an additional charge through the on‑site restaurant.
There were also a couple of maintenance issues in my room. The toilet was leaking intermittently; tapping the flush handle would stop it temporarily, but the issue returned throughout the night. I initially thought it would resolve on its own, so I did not report it immediately. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low, which made it difficult to use and ultimately resulted in longer shower times.
I did share this with management and they advised that they would work on this to improve.
