'I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful holiday gite and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The gite was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. If something wasn’t available Dawn was quick to resolve. 'Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le moulin est très sympa. Et est bien équipé. Sylph est adorable. Un tout petit bémol pour le frigo. Trop petit pour notre séjour de 3 semaines et le besoin en boisson fraîche du fait de la grande chaleur.'

'Very modern but still gosy. Good kitchen, living room and upstairs very good bathroom and 2 sleeping-rooms. Only wifi missing but with 4G looking EK '24 was possible.'

'Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. Dankjewel Serge en zijn vrouw, het gaat jullie goed.'

'Marj en Bruce zijn geweldige hosts. De gîte is meer dan volledig uitgerust en ligt in een mooie, grote tuin met eigen stukje bos. Marj en Bruce zijn erg aardig en zeer attent. We voelden ons erg thuis en hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad.Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken.'

'Sarah and Tim gave us a really warm welcome. The house is simple, but has everything you need. As it is an old build with thick walls it keeps the warmth out. Our kids really loved the pool, the chickens and the dog. We really loved the fresh veggies we got, the bbq and the pizza night. Tim is an excellent pizzaiola and we had a fun night eating, drinking and laughing. Bergerac and Perigueux are both 30 minutes away. Other sights will be a litte further though. You can really enjoy the peace and...

'from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome and the feeling grew as the stay progressed. Fran is a very friendly host and her husband John was just as welcoming. The gite and pool are in a beautiful, quiet, nature filled part of the Charente. The decor in each room is a clever mix of antique and modern. It is immaculately clean; generously equipped; a well insulated house. We enjoyed feeding their hens too!! We fully recommend this gite.'
