'They didn't have a stopper for the bathroom sink. The furniture was out dated. The rug felt dirty. You could see through the curtains. Is was a hassle trying to get up with staff. Not one did they offer clean towels or to clean room. I took out the trash myself and had no bags for the trash can. The ice bucket was cracked on the buttom. So I took the liberty to throw it out. The only thing I like about it the price was reasonable.'

'Tiny home has everything you need. Love everything about this place. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.'

'Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs.'

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our babymoon! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was incredible and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Our hosts were truly exceptional — so kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The fresh-made breakfast every morning was such a special touch and something we looked forward to each day. We also loved having access to all of the resort’s amenities and really appreciated...

'It was a very Old fashioned hotel. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't even really hardly get into the shower around the sink. The ice machine ran out of ice. And the sheets were very scratchy. Overall, it was fine for an overnight place to sleep'

'No breakfast.'

'Everything was super nice..'

'De kamer waar wij verbleven had geen WiFi en is aan een opknapbeurt toe. '

'Clean confortable reasonable in price could use a little updating. I enjoyed the creek running behind the room.'

'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special.'

'We were very pleased with this property. The location and parking were the best features. I have never been to Gatlinburg and my husband and I wanted to see the fall colors. We were literally across the street from Anakeesta. It is an older property and there were a few qwerks such as a flickering bathroom light, no towel rack and a bathroom door that they used a trash can to prop open. Didn’t have time to address the light and we just but it was a clean room and had everything we needed. We did...

'Kamer redelijk. Wat opgeknapt maar vies tapijt Buiten oud achterstallig onderhoud '

'Very friendly and helpful management and workers. Very clean rooms.'

'Het hotel is nogal verouderd en niet erg schoon. Sigarettenpeuken in het trappenhuis. Ook zaten er stink bugs in de kamer. We hebben er 14 gevangen. Deze komen door kieren van niet goed sluitende deuren en ramen en via airco naar binnen. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. Buiten dat een leuk zwembad en aardig personeel. '
