The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. « Very nice property, had all the amenities we needed. Only one issue, your Keurig machine did not work. But Starbucks close by saved the morning, lol! Seriously, it was very homey, and appreciated the extra blankets and pillows! »

« We enjoyed the property, the hot tub, and the views into the pasture and the night sky were superb. The rooms and setup were exceptional. The layout was perfect for us. We plan on returning shortly. Overall excellent food and winery choices. Close to town, and everything is easy to get to. It is an excellent place to unwind and just relax. »

« We are a group of high school friends, now 75 years old, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Just a couple of precautions-the stairway to the two upstairs bedrooms is rather steep and narrow, and there are a few places through the house which require a step up or down. None of that would be a problem for younger people. Overall, the house was delightful. Plenty of room to gather to talk, eat, or play games inside, and even more outside. « My friends and I had a lovely girls weekend at the Mulberry house! The house is so cute and inviting. The hot tub was so relaxing and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. It was the prefect place to stay for our little get away! »

« We truly had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect for our family! This home is beautiful, spacious and clean, and very close to Main Street! The kiddos had their spaces and so did we, and with a fenced in backyard, we felt comfortable both indoors and outdoors! We would definitely come back!! »

« This is the cutest house with so many bedrooms. We loved the wallpaper, fancy carpet in the 2 living areas, all of it. I appreciate the many Keurig machines all over the place. The hot tubs were on when we arrived, which is nice. I would book this house again, the management is very responsive with any questions that you have. »

« We came to Fredericksburg for our 1 year wedding anniversary and this location was perfect for us. Property is located just outside of town and right down the road from Das Peach Haus. The neighborhood was quiet and we got to see a bunch of wildlife while we were in the hot tub. Overall a great place and we will definitely be back. »

"Chambre 116 avec parking devant la porte. Belle chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Early check in avant 13h accepté conformément à ce qui était indiqué sur la réservation. Excellent accueil, professionnel et sympathique. Piscine extérieure pas testée. Brasero et feu de cheminée dans le jardin. Très belle décoration de Noël. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Bien situé en ville."

"L’hôtel pourrait être rénové, nettoyer les extérieurs comme les couloirs seraient vraiment pas un luxe, la moquette est tachée, les robinets et douche pleins de calcaire. Le canapé a des taches.. Des appareils et autres sont entassés vers la machine à glace, il faudrait les mettre au débarras Petit-déjeuner compris, grande chambre et bien situé "
