'The room was okay nice bed clean sheets the only thing if u book online u still gotta pay a hundred dollars when u get there but they do give it back if the room not damaged but it was okay'

'I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.'

'This hotel is not kept up. It looks old. The beds in room looked small (smaller than full size). And breakfast was NOT included. The advertise breakfast available or served but you have to pay for coffee and food. Many hotels of this caliber offer breakfast. Would not recommend nor stay there again. '

'The door to our room was not secure. There was a gap at the bottom and top of the door where light from the hallway was coming in. The security latch was completely broken. But it was late when we arrived and we did not have the energy to go back to the front desk to get moved. I was with my husband so I felt safe. 'The rooms were huge and clean! The pool and outdoor area were awesome. The staff were very friendily and helpful. Only things I would change would be to get a second toaster and pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but that is just being nit picky. Would def stay here again!'

'I got the queen bed in a separate room. The room was nice and so was the price for a kitchen, with the room. Netflix and YouTube which is all you need. Definitely a little rough with the shower curtain rod being attached to a 2x4 and the carpet tac strips being exposed to the bathroom(was good after we put a shoe over it). A couple decent restaurants nearby(walking distance) Outback and a barley and burger(didn’t go). Kinda like a hotel plaza type of area 4 or 5 hotels(if u want to look at...

'We enjoyed our stay - friendly, welcoming staff, bright colors decorated the lobby with comfy chairs and a variety of seating areas to work, read, have breakfast or relax. Played a few games of pool, good fun, nice addition to the lobby area for guests. The room was laid out well with vertical storage areas, minimalist decor and comfy bed.
