'We stayed here for a big family birthday long weekend celebration. The house was immaculately finished and really well equipped. We spent a long time looking for somewhere that had a dining table big enough to seat 16+ people together and this was perfect. There are several living spaces for everyone to spread out as well as outside seating when the weather is nice. Lots of parking and beautiful surrounding countryside. Communication with Bridget was seamless. Highly recommend this property.'

'Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. Two lovely hot tubs right next to each other, and an outdoor table and chairs, but right next to the house for ease of coming and going. Fantastic views, and so...

'The property is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been beautifully restored. Accommodation was well laid out and because of the host’s style and attention to detail felt very like ‘home from home’. All felt very relaxed and not ‘too perfect’ that you couldn’t relax and enjoy it. Great space for the children and a fabulous playroom which they all enjoyed using. 'Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views.'

'This was a lovely, beautifully furnished farmhouse with a warm, welcoming Aga in the kitchen. My son, his wife and 2 children plus my daughter, her husband and two children all stayed in the farmhouse and my husband and I stayed in the Stables, which is just down the Lane from the farmhouse. We all enjoyed the stay, and I’m sure that in the drier months it would have been lovely to use the garden.'

'Lovely rambling farmhouse dating back to early 1600s but nicely modernized. Perfect spot for Christmas with two families. Big kitchen with aga and large fridge (essential for 14 people over Christmas). Cozy sitting rooms, plenty of bathrooms. The grounds were perfect for a dog walk. 'Vine Cottage is a large, spacious, property, ideal for our family group of seven adults. With two lounges, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It's in a beautiful location situated in the vineyard itself. The kitchen/dining room is stunning, and made for family get togethers. However, the description in the listing needs to have more information. First of all, THERE IS NOT A MICROWAVE! It never entered our heads that there wouldn't be one at the property, but there wasn't....

'We had a lovely long weekend at the Piddle Inn. Downstairs is just like a pub - all for us! Bar, games room and pub kitchen fantastic for a family group. Gorgeous bedrooms and the sound of the stream at night. Lovely walks straight from the back and Alan the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly.'

'Alhoewel de omgeving wat kaal is, (er zou wel wat meer groen mogen zijn) is de caravan voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen om ons verblijf tot een heerlijke vakantie te maken. we hebben veel gezien en ondernomen. wat we hebben gemist is een Tourist Information Centre maar met Internet kom je een heel eind!'

'De woning is vrijstaand op een zeer groot perceel. Alles in de woning is erg ruim. Uitstapjes in de buurt zijn er volop. Al met al is dit echt een toplocatie. Doordat de woning wat afgelegen ligt hadden wij wel slechte WIFI. Wellicht was dit tijdelijk. Men heeft er een 4g ontvanger geplaatst en dat verbeterde het iets.'
