'I paid for the insurance I boarded the plane had a seizure the United Airlines was very helpful and was safe the property ignored me and wasn't able to communicate with no one and Expedia was unable to get help for me. I will never book here again as much as ai travel my 1st medical emergency and no accommodations were made. '

'Outside grounds of the hotel leave something to be desired but the rooms were ok. Housekeeping was spotty but the breakfast was good. Do your research though. Good price but farther up the mountain than you would think and the in house restaurant is overpriced. Bring plenty of cash because the “incuded” breakfast is not so all incusive. '

'We checked in at 6 p.m. and our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait about 25 min for a room. The air conditioning did not cool properly. We reported it to the front desk, they said that engineering would look at, but it was never fixed. We didn’t have a hair dryer in the room and were told that there was a shortage of hairdryers. 'The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. 'Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. '
