'Great service from friendly staff'

'Not enough room for parking unless you have a small car.Code key system for room very hit and miss. Very nice room when you get in,clean and spacious.'

'Anna and Ian were fantastic hosts. Nothing absolutely Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast continental was gorgeous. Those homemade oatcakes we're so tasty!. The whole house is like a beautiful museum. So many quirky bits and Bob's. The room a spacious amazingly quiet at night for a great night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. If we're ever in Lincoln, this is the place to go again. Many thanks'

'We had a room overlooking the ground for the 4 days of the Yorkshire v Somerset game. Everything was great about the hotel our room and the view of the cricket was wonderful.'

'Great place for my quick stop in York. Cozy and clean. Thank you.'
