'I went to this Resort with my 3 kids 7,9,11 and my elderly father. Stayed in a Hacienda Room, it was enough space. Only thing that can be better is the buffet, food was just okay. The other dining options better food. Overall, fantastic in all areas, staff are friendly, passionate, the place felt safe, clean and many options for kids throughout.'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

I had visited Mexico before at another resort and had excellent service, but felt that the food experience was lacking and had a hard time sleeping because it was so hot in my room. 'Wat een heerlijk verblijf in het adults only gedeelte van het resort. Supervriendelijk personeel in elke bar, restaurant, en kamerpersoneel. Gelegen in een mangrove. Super mooi en genoten van elk moment.'

Waarom wij geen 5 sterren geven is dat wij ervaren dat er maar 1 restaurant per dag open was met een hele kleine kaart en wij niet vegan zijn en de vlees/vis opties erg beperkt waren en niet altijd even lekker. Wij hadden het idee dat het door het laagseizoen nogal uitgekleed was..'
