I was asked to schedule a time, which was fine, and suggested 3pm, which then was unilaterally changed by the guesthouse to 2:30pm "max", which meant I needed to change my train schedule to Sanremo last minute to arrive earlier. 'It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum. Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay. '

The road to the location was a challenging one (not for unexperienced drivers or sportscars) and first time took us a long time to get to the location over a 1,8km offroad track. 'Wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer ,ruim en voor de derde persoon een soort bijkamer ,pension gelegen in midden centrum en toch redelijk rustig ,straat tussen 2 "hoofdwegen.'

'The location has a great advantage and a disadvantage. It's near the train station It's technically in France but in walking distance of the casinoes etc - Wifi was very bad in my room (2nd floor). Sometimes there was a connection but it dropped suddenly, of sometimes I couldn't even make the connection at all. Switching to 4G was difficult as well, because it's on the border of EU and non-EU. Breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!'
