'This property was very dirty, drawers and cutlery/ crockery was not clean. Walls filthy, holes in walls, stickers on walls half piled off. Milk was expired in fridge by a few days, absolutely mess outside with pots and just stuff sprawled all through the front and back garden, downstairs toilet was not able to be used. There was even a pair of jocks left in the WIR floor. Absolutely disgusting, no offer for a refund when contacting house about all these issues. It was very cheap for how many...

The apartment has two AC units when we checked in one was not working and displayed faulty the first night was very hot and uncomfortable in two of the bedrooms. The owner brought AC repair man the next day the filters were choked with so much dirt. 'The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...
